Technical & Data Inquiries
Our calculators are complex, factoring in the 2026/27 pay award, pension tiers, and HMRC tax thresholds. While we audit our formulas regularly against official NHS Employers pay circulars, the sheer variety of local trust policies means anomalies can occasionally occur.
Please contact us if you notice:
- Calculation Errors: If the "Take Home" estimate for a specific band or experience level seems incorrect based on your official payslip.
- Regional Weighting Issues: If you believe the London Weighting (HCAS) or Fringe supplements are not calculating correctly for your location.
- Site Performance: If you encounter bugs, slow loading times, or display issues on mobile devices.
General Feedback
We built this tool for the frontline. If there is a specific piece of information, such as a guide on student loan repayments or pension tax, that you believe would be a valuable addition to the site, please let us know. Community feedback is what drives our roadmap for the 2026/27 financial year.
Important: What We Cannot Provide
To ensure we can respond to technical queries quickly, please keep the following in mind:
- Individual Payroll Disputes: We are an independent resource and do not have access to your individual personnel files or the Electronic Staff Record (ESR). For specific disputes regarding missing pay or incorrect deductions on your actual payslip, you must contact your Trust’s payroll department or your local union representative.
- Personal Financial Advice: We cannot provide tailored financial or tax advice. Our tools provide estimates for informational purposes only.
